Our family was delighted in the care provided for our Mother at Encanto Terrace Elder Care. It is a loving, caring and Christian care environment. It was very important to us that the individuals owning/operating the elder care facility be on the premises and directly performing and supervising the daily care. You didn’t have to go through a “chain of command”…..you were working with the ones who had ultimate responsibility and they were always, always responsive. It is a smaller resident facility, which we wanted, and you do not have the nursing home feeling or environment. It is a home, in the truest sense. Residents are not lined up in recliners with someone walking around dispensing medication and food like an assembly line. It is the patient’s home and they are respected and cared for in that manner! Preserving integrity and quality of life for our Mother was paramount to us. We received this from Encanto Terrace Elder Care.
